Rise and Shine with a workout geared to target all areas of the body in the convenience of your home. Different forms of strength-endurance, cardio & flexibility are offered each week to get you pumped and energized for the day ahead.

Dance FIIT

INTENSITY LEVEL: LOW 50 MINUTES

A workout that combines the best bits of cardio, dance, pilates & interval training techniques to target all areas of the body. It will strengthen, tone & tighten the upper body, lower body & core.  This class is characterized by easy-to-follow choreography & higher repetition of movement.

Stretch and Sculpt

INTENSITY LEVEL: LOW 50 MINUTES

Stretch & Sculpt stretches your body and mind while toning your entire physique. This synergy style class will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated through guided meditation, affirming mantras and safe postures. With light weights in your hands and a mat under your feet, Stretch & Sculpt is the perfect addition to your workout regimen.
